feat: Enhance Accounts API and client documentation generation - #57

The Accounts API client has been significantly expanded and restructured to include new functionality for managing account profiles, organizations, subscriptions, and API tokens. Existing audit logs functionality has been reorganized under a new `Logs` accessor to better reflect the Cloudflare API structure, and the `Roles` API methods have been removed. To accommodate these changes and improve maintainability for complex API hierarchies, the documentation generation script (`bin/generate-client-docs.php`) was refactored. It now recursively generates nested markdown files and directories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client API reference documentation, and automatically removes stale files during regeneration.
